Horizon Voices is looking for new singers to join us for the spring semester! Circle (Grades K-1), Melodies (Grades 2-4), and Trebles (Grades 5-8) are all accepting new singers, while Concord (Grades 9-12) is currently full (new high school singers will be accepted in the fall).

Auditions will be held on the following dates:

• Friday, January 26th, 2024 – 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.

• Saturday, January 27th, 2024 – 9:00 a.m. to Noon

All auditions take place at the Episcopal Church of Saint Mary (43 Foreside Rd, Falmouth ME 04105).

OUR CHOIRS

Circle: Grades K-1 | A group singing experience that teaches foundational music skills through movement and folk songs in multiple languages.

Melodies: Grades 2-4 | An introductory choir that develops basic choral skills including music reading, vocal technique, and what makes a good performance.

Trebles: Grades 5-8 | An intermediate choir that focuses on advancing vocal skills, ensemble work, and musicianship by singing more complex two- and three-part music.

Concord: Grades 9-12 | A treble choir for advanced singers that teaches sophisticated choral repertoire and offers more frequent opportunities to perform. Excellent vocal technique, good musicianship, and cohesive ensemble work is stressed. European concert tours are planned for every other year.
